Standard house

A proposal for a standard house with prefabricated concrete walls.

Being designed with an L-shaped plan, this house is provided with an outdoor space facing south-west. The plan can be inverted to meet different plot situations. The central communication space is given both a generous height and daylight by the overlapping single pitch roofs.

The plan solution divides the house into one public and one private part. The north elevation is naturally more closed with the low windows in the kitchen and the laundry room. The other elevations open onto the garden with high windows.

The house has three bedrooms.

The outer wall is meant to be made in concrete, thereby demanding a minimum of maintenance, while also being capable of storing heat.
